The Hotel Terminus is situated in the heart of Como, overlooking the lake.

The hotel comprises of 49 Single and Double Rooms, Junior Suites and Suites. Most of them are situated in the new wing of the hotel, opened in March 2007.

The hotel is a 40 minute drive from Malpensa Airport and a 60 minute drive from Linate Airport in Milan. Agno Airport (Lugano) is about a 50 minute drive from the hotel while it takes at least 90 minutes to reach Orio al Serio (Bergamo). The motorway is a ten minute drive away and Milano and Lugano are about 50 km away. The railway station Ferrovie Nord Milano can be found 200m from the hotel while the Ferrovie dello Stato railway station is about 1km away. The landing stage for the boats is right opposite the hotel and the panoramic cable car for Brunate is about 300m away.

The Terminus Hotel was born out of the complete restructuring of an early 19th Century building with its composite liberty style and its calm and comfortable taste typical of a certain Lombard aristocracy. The careful renovation, which preserved the architectural characteristics of the historical building, was accompanied by absolutely radical reforms in the structures and services in order to provide guests with the highest level of comfort and safety.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 4.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 22.00 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
